Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed upon full payment or as agreed during the booking process.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 10 days or more before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 2 and 9 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour, or no-shows, will be charged in full.

Weather & Safety

Tours operate in most weather conditions; however, in the event of unsafe conditions, the tour may be rescheduled or fully refunded at the operator's discretion.

Photography Delivery

Edited digital photographs will be delivered via an online gallery within 7–10 working days after the tour.

  • Full-day tours include 80+ high-resolution photos.
  • Half-day tours include 50+ high-resolution photos.

Client Responsibility

Guests are expected to follow safety instructions and respect the natural environment. Any damages caused may be subject to charges.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include 15% GST.

Lumina Tours reserves the right to adjust pricing in the event of significant changes to operating costs or circumstances.
